Q: I am a private individual. Can I buy or hire a portable WC?
A: Yes. Our products are available to individuals and companies.
Q: Is there any legal requirement before buying or hiring a Poly-Klyn toilet?
A: There are no legal requirements.
Q: How is a connected portable toilet different from a stand-alone one?
A: A connected portable toilet is a permanent system which is connected to the water supply and drainage system and does not need regular emptying by Poly-Klyn. On the other hand, the stand-alone toilet is a system with an incorporated cistern and septic tank which requires regular emptying and cleaning by Poly-Klyn.
Q: Are there any basic requirements to install a portable toilet on land?
A: If the system is stand-alone, the only requirement is that the land should be flat. If it is a connected system, it requires a water supply and drain nearby.
Q: What are the requirements for a portacabin on a building site?
A: That the land is flat and easily accessible, in order to carry out the maintenance (cleaning and emptying) of the toilet system.
Q: On a building site, can the portable toilets be relocated?
A: Yes, because of the fact that it is a stand-alone system, it can be relocated according to requirements and can even be moved to a different level, as it has hooks to allow its relocation by a crane.
Q: Where are Poly-Klyn products sold?
A: Throughout Spain and abroad.
Q: If I needed them, where could I get parts for my portable toilet?
A: By calling our main office (902 105 305). We will organise the sending (and installation, if necessary) of any part as quickly as possible.
Q: What should I do with the residues deposited in the septic tank?
A: Nothing. Poly-Klyn will carry out a regular emptying of the WC system, and the consequent waste treatment on a sewage farm.
